To Cancel a Private Lesson
- You may leave a phone message or email 48 hrs prior before missed lesson. A dated written message is preferred.
- For lessons cancelled in person or by phone with two day notice (see schedule below), you can be given a make-up opportunity.
- For lessons cancelled with less than two days notice you will be charged in full, so that your teacher can be paid for the reserved time.
- If you do not contact the studio to cancel lesson two weeks in a row. You forfeit your time slot and will have to reschedule. You will be charged in full to pay for the reserved slot.
- Individuals paying lesson to lesson are required to give 48 hr notification of cancellation. Less then 48hrs, full payment is required, unless a rescheduling can accur within 48hrs of originally scheduled time. Payment must be recieved within 4 days past the missed lesson.

Thursday - Tuesday 8:00 pm

Make-Up Opportunities
Make-up opportunities may be made-up within one week of an absence. Make-ups are subject to teacher availability. You are responsible for contacting the studio to try and schedule a make-up. Make-ups are not guaranteed and will be forfeit if a week passes or you cease to take lessons.
To Drop Your Lessons
Please tell me when you want to discontinue your lessons! I will assume that you will be continuing lessons at the end of your package unless you notify me otherwise. You will be billed for a new package and you'll be charged accordingly.
Private Lesson Refund Policy
Any outstanding credit is refundable for one year after your last charged lesson. This is only applicable for written cancellation notifying prior to quitting lessons. For partial refunds on a four-lesson or eight-lesson discount package, charged lessons will be pro-rated at the next higher rate.
